黑龙江《剧作家》杂志社、中国戏剧家协会黑龙江分会和省戏剧工作室于7月16日至28日在省城联合举办了全省剧本讨论会。以提高创作质量为主要目的,抓住重点,把讨论剧本同研究创作、发动创作结合起来,既着眼于作品的提高,又着眼于作者的培养,是这次剧本讨论会的指导思想。讨论会的组织者从收到的50多部作品中挑选出了21部作品,包括《黑色的石头》、《小栈过客》 Heilongjiang “Playwright” magazine, the Chinese Dramatists Association of Heilongjiang Branch and the provincial drama studio in the July 16 to 28 in the provincial capital jointly organized the province script seminars.
