分别采用离心风机、混流风机对两个试验仓房通风,记录并分析通风时间、单位能耗、粮温变化、水分损耗及水分梯度等数据。结果表明,在降温方面,离心风机表现出通风时间短、单位能耗低、降温速度快的优势;在降水方面,混流风机能保持较低的水分损耗,保障储粮企业的经济效益;同时,两种风机均能实现水分梯度的减小,促进水分均匀分布。
Centrifugal fans and mixed flow fans were used to ventilate the two experimental bins respectively. Data such as ventilation time, unit energy consumption, food temperature, moisture loss and water gradient were recorded and analyzed. The results show that in terms of cooling, the centrifugal fan shows the advantages of short ventilation time, low unit energy consumption and fast cooling speed. In terms of precipitation, the mixed flow fan can maintain low water loss and ensure the economic benefits of the grain storage enterprises. Meanwhile, Both fans can reduce the water gradient and promote the even distribution of moisture.
