对于表面粗糙度参数R_■、R_z的评定,我们在工作中发现,同一试件由同一个人用两类不同的仪器(如轮廓仪和光切显微镜)测量,或由不同的人员用同一类仪器测量时,其结果大不相同,有的会差旧标准光洁度的一级左右,致使生产者与计量人员之间产生矛盾。为此,我们在天津的几十个工厂做了实验调查。通过实验特提出如下注意事项,供计量人员测量表面粗糙度时参考。
For the evaluation of the surface roughness parameters R_ ■ and R_z, we found in the work that the same specimen was measured by the same person with two different types of instruments (such as profilometer and light-cutting microscope) or by different persons using the same type of instrument When the result is very different, and some will be worse than the first-class standard finish, resulting in contradictions between producers and measurement staff.
