目的探讨管理工具在医院感染管理工作中的组合应用及效果,以降低ICU中心静脉导管相关性血流感染(CLABSI)发病率。方法选取2014年第一季度神经内科ICU及普外科ICU74例置管患者常规监测数据显示出的感染控制缺陷项目作为干预对象,组合应用根因分析法、因果图及PDCA循环等管理工具,针对存在的问题分析原因及根因,针对根因制定整改措施并落实,借助《医院感染实时监控系统》对整改效果动态评估,总结经验,完善相关制度及流程。结果组合应用管理工具干预后,神经内科ICU及普外科ICU的CLABSI发病率,分别由2014年第一季度的3.24例/1000导管日及5.51例/1000导管日降至2015年第一季度的0例/1000导管日及1.68例/1000导管日。结论在医院感染管理工作中组合应用管理工具,利于发现系统隐患,可提高整改工作的精准度和效率,增强整改效果及管理效能。
Objective To explore the combined application and effect of management tools in hospital infection management to reduce the incidence of central venous catheter-related bloodstream infections (CLABSI) in ICU. Methods A total of 74 patients with routine inpatients undergoing ICU and general surgery in the first quarter of 2014 were enrolled in this study.
