爱立信公司于7月16日在京公布了符合第三代无线通信标准IMT-2000的D-AMPS IS-136无线标准,从而可在800MHz和1900MHz上可实现19.2Kbps速度的数据传输,空中接口速度可达384Kbps,并可以实现多媒体服务功能。通过D-AMPS IS-136标准的分级信元体(HCS)技术,可以根据需求提高局部通信量,从而实现室内无线接入。由于采用了蜂窝数字包数据(CDPD)技术、可支持包——数据传输,并应用在无线Internet服务上。通过IS-136标准,未来用户可以通过一部手机得到不同的服务,实现一机通用,不论何时何地,都可以按用户的个人需求提供语音和数据服务。此
