随着我国电子工业的不断发展,高压硅堆已被日益广泛地用于X线机的高压整流。高压硅堆具有体积小、寿命长、机械强度高、性能稳定、正向压降小和无需灯丝加热变压器等许多优点,因此,杭州电子管厂于一九七八年发出停止生产X线机高压整流管的通知。这样,过去使用高压整流管的X线机,在高压整流管寿命终止后都要换成高压硅堆。为使这一工作能顺利进行,现介绍改装高压硅堆整流器的简便方法。
