矿浆分配器在采金船上用于收集圆筒筛的筛下产品,并分配给粗选设备。在国内生产实践中,现在用的有条式分配器和箱式分配器。前种形式多用于单一固定溜槽,后者用于跳汰选别流程。 1979年有一批150开采金船将单一固定溜槽流程,改造为以(1200—2000—3600)梯形跳汰机为初选设备,有精选回路的选矿工艺流程应用于生产。经多次查定:其选金回收率在60～75％左右。梯跳尾矿中的损失约为20～30％。
The slurry distributor is used to collect the undersize product of the cylinder screen on a gold mining vessel and distribute it to the rougher equipment. In domestic production practice, there are now used strip dispenser and box dispenser. The former form is more used for a single fixed chute, the latter for the jig selection process. In 1979 a group of 150 mining gold vessels will be a single fixed chute process, transformed to (1200-2000-3600) trapezoidal jig as the primary equipment, a selection of loop dressing process used in production. After several investigations: the gold recovery rate of about 60 ~ 75%. Ladder jump tailings loss of about 20 to 30%.
