引用流体力学中的流体平板模型及流体流经细缝时的流量和压力损失公式进行分析研究,得出钻头唇面与岩石间的冲洗液流动模式——螺旋漫流。据此,设计了可缩短漫流通道并有利用降低温升的钻头唇形,为设计人员提供了理论依据。文章指出,针对所钻岩层,除选择合理的钻头外,还要配之以合理的工艺参数,才能保证钻头达到最佳磨损,获得好的钻进效果。
By reference to the fluid plate model in fluid mechanics and the formula of flow and pressure loss when the fluid flows through the slits, the flow pattern of the flushing fluid between the lip face of the drill bit and the rock is obtained - spiral flow. Accordingly, designed to shorten the flow channel and use to reduce the temperature rise of the drill lip, provides a theoretical basis for designers. The article points out that in order to drill the rock, in addition to choose a reasonable drill, but also with a reasonable process parameters, in order to ensure the drill to achieve the best wear and tear, get good drilling results.
