病理诊断是诊断疾病、查明病因的主要医疗手段。为确保临床能够为患者制定和实施最为合适的诊疗方案,提高临床诊疗工作和医院整体医疗质量,病理诊断的准确与否起着决定性作用。为此,病理诊断应做到有效监管,及时反馈,减弱由于人工操作失误和诊疗医师经验欠缺所带来的不良影响,提高病理诊断的正确率。为了探求合理的病理质量控制管理制度,提高工作效率,保证病理诊断的准确性,促进病理科的良好发展,文章借鉴某二级甲等肿瘤医院病理科的质控管理体系和方法,对该科在质控管理过程中所采用的手段和方式进行探讨。
