从Rabdosia japonica(Burm.f)Hara中又分得四种二萜,经化学和光谱数据确定其中三个为已知的Epinodosin(Ⅰ)、Lasiokaurin(Ⅱ)和Oridonin(Ⅲ)。而另一二萜为首次从植物中分得的天然产物,命名为Rabdosin C,其化学结构用(Ⅵ)式表示。
Four species of diterpenoids were isolated from Rabdosia japonica (Burm.f.) Hara. Chemical and spectral data confirmed that three of them were known as Epinodosin (I), Lasiokaurin (II) and Oridonin (III). The other two species are naturally derived from the plant for the first time and are designated as Rabdosin C. The chemical structure is represented by formula (VI).
