实验在25只清醒麻痹的大白鼠身上进行。以1s的刺激间隔、C类纤维的最大刺激强度兴奋腓肠神经,用计算机叠加所诱发的脊髓背表面电位(CDP),观察蓝斑(LC)区微量注射L-谷氨酸钠(L-Glut)对CDP的影响。结果显示:大白鼠腓肠神经A+G类纤维诱发的CDP由N_1、N_2、P_1、N_3、P_2波组成。注射L-Glut命中LC区者10例,有9例对CDP产生明显的抑制。所受影响大小依次为p_2、N_3、p_1波,N_1波则完全不受影响。其中2例动物的中缝大核(NRM)被损毁,损毁后仍不改变注射L-Glut于LC区对CDP的影响。注射L-Glut于LC区周围者10例,对GDP各波的波幅、时程和潜伏期均无影响。另外有5例将人工脑脊液注入LC区,对CDP也不发生影响。统计结果表明:L-Glut兴奋LC区神经元,通过其下行的NE能神经纤维,直接抑制由外周纤维诱发的CDP波成分(P_2、N_3波)。本文对兴奋LC神经元影响CDP波成分的相对特异性的意义进行了讨论。
Experiments were performed on 25 awake rats. Succeptivity of the sural nerve was stimulated by the maximum stimulus intensity of C fibers at a stimulation interval of 1 s. The spinal dorsal surface potential (CDP) induced by computer superposition was observed. The effect of L-glutamate (L- Glut) on CDP. The results showed that CDP induced by A + G fibers in the sural nerve of rats was composed of N 1, N 2, P 1, N 3 and P 2 waves. 10 cases were injected L-Glut into LC region, and 9 cases showed obvious inhibition on CDP. Affected size followed by p_2, N_3, p_1 wave, N_1 wave is completely unaffected. In 2 of these animals, the nucleus raphe magnus (NRM) were damaged, and the effect of L-Glut injection on the CDP in the LC area was not changed after the injury. 10 cases of L-Glut injection around the LC area had no effect on the amplitude, duration and latency of GDP waves. In addition, 5 cases of artificial cerebrospinal fluid into the LC area, the CDP does not affect. The statistical results show that L-Glut excites LC neurons in the LC area and directly inhibits the CDP wave components (P_2, N_3 wave) induced by peripheral fibers through the descending NE nerve fibers. This article discusses the significance of the relative specificity of excited LC neurons in CDP wave components.
