地方性斑疹伤寒,一般认为临床经过较轻,预后良好.但我院1983年收治40例,证明部分病例合并心、肝、肾脏器损害,特报告如下.临床资料男32例,女8例,均为成年病人.80%发病于10～11月.全部病例均有头痛、发热(38～40.3℃),部分病例有全身不适、食欲不振、恶心、呕吐、腰痛、尿频、咽痛等.
