为制定中国中青年男性全血比粘度参考值的统一标准提供科学依据.收集了中国272 个单位用毛细管法测定的16 473 例健康中青年男性全血比粘度参考值,用曲线回归分析的方法研究了其与海拔高度之间的关系.发现随着海拔高度的逐渐增大,中青年男性全血比粘度参考值按指数律也在逐渐的增大,相关性非常显著(R=0.910);推导出了一个曲线回归模型Y= 4.36×1.000 132x ±1.20.如果知道了中国某地的海拔高度,就可以用回归模型估算这个地区的中青年男性全血比粘度参考值.
To provide a scientific basis for the establishment of a uniform standard reference value of whole blood of Chinese young and middle-aged men.The collection of reference value of whole blood of 16 473 healthy young men measured by capillary method in 272 Chinese units was collected by curve regression analysis The relationship between them and altitude was studied, and it was found that the reference value of specific viscosity of whole blood of young and middle - age men also increased gradually with the increase of altitude, the correlation was very significant (R = 0.910). A curve regression model is derived, Y = 4.36 × 1.000 132 × ± 1.20. If we know the altitude of a place in China, we can use the regression model to estimate the reference value of whole blood specific viscosity of young and middle-aged men in this area.
