加强党的执政能力建设,是一个很重要的党建思想,体现了我们党对新的历史方位和历史使命的清醒认识和科学判断,是对党的建设总揽全局的一个与时俱进的要求。在新形势下,加强党的执政能力建设面临严峻的考验和挑战。加强党的执政能力建设应该紧紧抓住以下五个重要层面:强化执政意识,提高领导干部执政本领,夯实执政基础,改善执政方式,丰富执政资源。
Strengthening the building of the party’s ability to govern is an important party-building ideology, embodies our party’s sober understanding and scientific judgment of the new historical position and historic mission, and is an advancing requirement of the times with the overall situation of party building. Under the new situation, strengthening the building of the party’s ability to govern is facing severe challenges and challenges.
