本文从回顾大型水电工程生态环境保护工作实施情况着手,系统梳理和探讨了水电厂推进低碳环保、节能减排,实施生态环境保护的具体举措。这些措施主要涉及电站技术革新、电力生产节能减排、低碳办公,水电调度与生态保护,以及奉行践行低碳环保、践行社会责任等方面,是对水电厂正确处理人与自然、电厂与社会、电力生产与生态文明之间关系做法的全面介绍。对企业加强节能减排、提高环境保护、构建生态文明,有一定的借鉴意义。
This paper reviews the implementation of the eco-environmental protection work for large-scale hydropower projects and systematically reviews and discusses the specific measures for promoting low-carbon environmental protection, energy conservation and emission reduction, and implementing eco-environmental protection in hydropower plants.
