我厂对铣床、数控铣床、加工中心的主轴螺母(见图1)进行了工艺分析,并设计了多用夹具,经试用效果良好。主轴螺母的精度直接影响铣床主轴的精度,其端面对螺纹的垂直度误差一般要求小于0.01mm。由于每台产品都有两个主轴螺母,且各品种尺寸大小又不一致,我厂8种铣、镗床和加工中心就有16种不同规格的主轴螺母,若每种螺母都设计一付夹具,显然是不合理的。为了能既满足零件精度要求,又适应各类品利的规格大小,我们采用了多用夹具,如图2所示。它由基体部分1和可调部分3、4、6等组成。使用夹具时,首先把件1固定在C8955型铲齿车床上,然后根据主轴螺母的螺纹直径大小来选择调整座圈3,以
