目的:探讨中西医结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效,方法:将240例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组口服英太青(中国药科大学制药有限公司批准文号国药准字H10960217)关节内注射玻璃酸钠注射液。治疗组采用针刀松解,中药内服,外敷。结果:治疗组临床总有效率明显高于对照组,与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05),结论:中西医结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎具有良好的临床疗效。
Objective: To explore the efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of knee osteoarthritis, Methods: 240 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the control group oral Ying Taiqing (China Pharmaceutical University Pharmaceutical Co., Word H10960217) intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate injection. Results: The total clinical effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P <0.05) .Conclusion: The combination of TCM and Western medicine has a good clinical curative effect in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
