采用新型复合压铸法制备了铝基碳化硅复合材料。采用分次振动法充填一定比例不同颗粒细度的碳化硅粉末,装入成型模具压实后,浇铸铝液并采用新型压力渗透的方式压铸成型。使碳化硅的体积分数达62%,铝基碳化硅的制备效果随模具预热温度的升高,铝液的渗透效果越好。碳化硅颗粒大小对铝基碳化硅的品质、制造产生直接影响,主要影响铝液在碳化硅颗粒间隙中的渗透能力,对后续制备铝基碳化硅IGBT基板的工艺要求造成影响。
A new composite die-casting method was used to prepare aluminum-based silicon carbide composites. Fractional vibrating method is adopted to fill a certain proportion of silicon carbide powder with different particle fineness, and then the molded silicon carbide powder is filled into a forming mold, the aluminum liquid is cast and a new type of pressure infiltration is adopted for die-casting molding. So that the volume fraction of silicon carbide up to 62%, the preparation of aluminum-based silicon carbide with the mold preheating temperature, the better penetration of aluminum liquid. Silicon carbide particle size has a direct impact on the quality and manufacture of aluminum-based silicon carbide, mainly affecting the penetration ability of aluminum liquid in the space between silicon carbide particles and affecting the process requirements of subsequent preparation of aluminum-based silicon carbide IGBT substrate.
