患者男,3岁。自周岁以来,经常烦躁,易激惹,夜惊,盗汗,四肢各关节增粗,无红肿痛,当地医院诊断为佝偻病,一年来给维生素D(剂型不详)6支肌注,并口服大量钙片和鱼肝油丸,病情无好转,肘、腕、膝等关节日渐增粗,脊柱渐渐侧弯,胸廓变形,体格发育落后,至入院之日尚不能独自站立及行走。智力尚可,个人史及既往史无参考意义,否认本病家族史。查体:体重8.5kg,身长77cm,头围43cm,胸围47cm,皮肤粗糙,皮下脂肪少,胸廓可见“鸡胸”,“串珠”、“赫氏沟”,蛙形腹,脊柱明显向左侧
