According to the announcement information of the listed company, China Assets Appraisal Association collected and analyzed the relevant data of IPO and M & A assets appraisal completed in 2015 and carried out the statistical analysis on the asset valuation of the main board market in 2015 in China. The study comprehensively analyzes the participation and service of asset valuation in our country’s capital market, objectively reflects the basic norms of asset evaluation and the promotion of capital market development, and provides suggestions and reference for asset assessment to better serve our country’s capital market in the future.
