国际经济竞争力已成为一国经济持续增长的关键性因素,而提升国际竞争力则是政府任重而道远的一项战略任务。从当前我国所处的发展阶段来看,政府在提升竞争力方面可以发挥四个方面的作用,即培植一批大企业并促使中小企业经济活动国际化,制度创新,培育技术创新体系及重点扶植有可能取得技术突破并形成国际竞争力的产业。
International economic competitiveness has become a key factor in a country’s sustained economic growth. To enhance its international competitiveness is a strategic task for the government.
