出版社不仅要完成好新时期的经营任务,更要将加强质量管理、提高出版物的社会效益和文化价值作为新时期的主要任务常抓不懈。总编室有责任对出版社的产品质量监督把关。文章介绍了高等教育出版社在转企改制过程中,总编室借鉴质量管理通用模型PDCA循环的理念,尝试将质量检查融入整个编校质量管理体系中,运行完整的质量管理程序,强调质量意识的培养、有效沟通、过程控制和持续改进,为出版物的编校质量管理提供一些新的思路。
The publishing house must not only accomplish the operational tasks in the new period but must also make unremitting efforts to strengthen quality control and improve the social and cultural values of publications as its main task in the new period. The editor-in-chief has the responsibility to supervise the product quality of publishing houses. This paper introduces the concept of PDCA cycle borrowed from the general model of quality management by the Higher Education Press in the course of the transfer of enterprises, trying to integrate the quality inspection into the entire editing and quality management system, running a complete quality management procedure and emphasizing the quality awareness Training, effective communication, process control and continual improvement, providing some new ideas for the quality control of publications.
