高少华,洛阳市人,一九六二年生。现为河南省美术家协会会员,洛阳画院副院长。一九八六年至一九八八年就学于西安美术学院。攻花鸟、习山水,尤精于工笔花卉。近年来,其作品多次参加国内外画展并获奖。一九九二年赴日本举办画展。一九九五年应邀赴北京为全国人大常委会作《天香秀色》、《秋园情浓》,获收藏证书。牡丹作品七幅入编《中国洛阳牡丹选萃》一书,《绿雾春歌》入编《中国工笔画·当代卷》,《春酣》获“河南省著名中国画家精品展”精品奖。《喜跃春枝观花瀑》入选“第八届全国美展”,并获“河南省第八届美展”一等奖。 Gao Shaohua, Luoyang City, born in 1962.
