目的建立区域性消毒供应中心可重复使用医疗物品一体化管理体系,实施区域性可重复使用医疗物品一体化、规范化管理。方法由卫生行政部门验收合格并取得证书的公立医院消毒供应中心,有步骤地接收区域内社会医疗机构可重复使用医疗物品的回收、清洗、包装、灭菌、发放工作,并实施全程质量监控。结果建立区域性医疗物品一体化管理体系,减少资源浪费,达到公立医院与社会医疗机构资源共享,降低医疗成本,受服务部门满意度由92.0%提高至99.3%。结论将区域性所有医疗用品进行一体化管理,确保医疗安全,减少医源性污染对外环境的影响。
Objective To establish an integrated management system for reusable medical supplies of regional disinfection supply centers and to implement the integrated and standardized management of regional reusable medical supplies. Methods The public hospital disinfection and supply center, which is qualified and certified by the health administrative department, receives step by step the recovery, cleaning, packaging, sterilization and distribution of reusable medical supplies of social medical institutions in the area and carries out the whole quality control. Results The establishment of an integrated management system of regional medical items reduced resource waste, shared resources between public hospitals and social medical institutions, and reduced medical costs. The satisfaction rate of service departments was raised from 92.0% to 99.3%. Conclusion The integrated management of all regional medical supplies ensures medical safety and reduces the impact of iatrogenic pollution on the external environment.
