目的探讨上颌前磨牙根管治疗后MOD洞型不同修复方式对牙体抗力的影响。方法收集80颗MOD洞型单根上颌前磨牙,将其随机平均划分为4组,即复合树脂充填组(A组)、复合树脂覆盖牙尖充填组(B组)、聚合瓷嵌体覆盖牙尖修复组(C组)及对照组。4组样本修复均完成后置于万能试验机上测试最大载荷,记录每个样本的最大承受压力,并对其进行比较分析。结果 A组及对照组的抗折能力明显低于B、C组(P<0.05),但B、C两组的抗折能力差距不显著(P>0.05)。结论在上颌前磨牙根管治疗后MOD洞型不同修复方式中使用覆盖牙尖的修复方式更有利于增强牙齿的抗力。
Objective To investigate the effects of different repair modalities of MOD holes on the tooth resistance of the maxillary premolars after root canal treatment. Methods Eighty-one MOD single-root maxillary premolar teeth were collected and randomly divided into four groups: compound resin-filled group (group A), compound resin-covered cusp-shaped filler group (group B) Sharp repair group (C group) and control group. All four groups of samples were repaired and placed on a universal testing machine to test the maximum load. The maximum stress of each sample was recorded and compared. Results The fracture resistance of group A and control group was significantly lower than that of group B and C (P <0.05), but the difference of bending resistance between group B and C was not significant (P> 0.05). Conclusions The method of repairing the cusp tip with different modalities of MOD hole after root canal treatment of maxillary premolar is more beneficial to enhance the resistance of teeth.
