睾丸恶性淋巴瘤在男性生殖系肿瘤中罕见,是一种恶性程度较高的非生殖性睾丸肿瘤。四十年来,我院共收治睾丸肿瘤167例,其中原发性睾丸恶性淋巴瘤2例(1.2%)。报告如下: 例1 男,45岁。因右睾丸无痛性肿块1年伴下坠感于1982年2月20日住院。既往无血尿、隐睾及阴囊部外伤史。体检:一般正常,无腹股沟淋巴结肿大。左睾丸、附睾、输精管正常。右睾丸肿块3×4×3 cm大小,质较硬,表面呈结节状,无触痛,附睾及输精管正常。实验室检查:血、尿常 Testicular malignant lymphoma is rare in male reproductive tumors, is a non-reproductive testicular tumor with a high degree of malignancy.
