为了解决仿形加工中存在的干涉问题,满足小型特殊镜片加工的需要,本文提出一种由压电陶瓷(PZT)驱动的倾角微调主轴卡盘和闭环控制微进给机构组成的切削系统。通过实验表明,该系统能满足镜片切削加工的要求。
In order to solve the problem of interference in the profiling process and meet the needs of small special lens machining, this paper presents a cutting system composed of a PZT driven spindle with fine tuning and a micro-feed mechanism with closed-loop control. Experiments show that the system can meet the lens cutting requirements.
