2月18日,全区发展非公有制经济大会在宁夏人民会堂召开。自治区党委书记张毅、自治区主席王正伟、自治区政协主席齐同生、自治区党委副书记崔波出席会议,张毅、王正伟讲话,崔波主持会议并宣读《自治区党委、人民政府关于加快发展非公有制经济的若干意见》。自治区党委常委、人大、政府、政协有关领导出席会议。张毅指出,非公有制经济是社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,在全面建成小康社会、改善民生、促进和谐和加快转变经济发展方式中发挥着重要作用。我们要解放思想,多措并举,推动非公有制经济更好更快发展。
February 18, the development of non-public sector economy conference held in Ningxia People’s Hall. Municipal Party Committee Secretary Zhang Yi, Autonomous Region Chairman Wang Zhengwei, autonomous regions CPPCC Chairman Qi Tongsheng, autonomous region Party committee secretary Cui Bo attended the meeting, Zhang Yi, Wang Zhengwei speech, Cui Bo presided over the meeting and read “Autonomous Region Party Committee, People’s Government on accelerating the development of non-public economy, opinion”. Zhang Yi pointed out: Non-public ownership economy is an important part of the socialist market economy and plays an important role in building an overall well-to-do society, improving people’s livelihood, promoting harmony and accelerating the transformation of economic development. We need to emancipate our minds and make every effort to promote a better and faster development of the non-public ownership economy.
