目的:探讨提高心血管内科的护理质量以及对用药安全的措施。方法:回顾性分析于2012年5月~2013年3月在义乌市中心医院心血管内科接受治疗的100例病患的护理质量和用药安全情况,对其中不规范的因素进行分析总结,并提出相应的改进措施。结果:根据调查结果显示,导致发生不规范的事件的原因分别为病患、护理人员、使用药物及医院四个因素,其中护理人员因素是主要的问题因素。结论:病患、护理人员、药物、和医院四方面因素导致了目前心血管内科护理质量和用药安全的主要,故可以通过增加病患满意度、培训护理人员、对药物使用进行监管、医院建立相关条例来解决。
Objective: To explore ways to improve the quality of care in cardiovascular medicine and the safety of medication. Methods: The nursing quality and medication safety of 100 patients who were treated in Department of Cardiology of Yiwu Central Hospital from May 2012 to March 2013 were analyzed retrospectively, and the non-standard factors were analyzed and summarized.
