在机械行业的设计和制造过程中,常会遇到解尺寸链的反计算问题,其中各组成环公差的合理分配和确定比较麻烦。本文仅对寸尺寸链的反计算提出一种优选公差等级法。在尺寸链的设计计算中,主要用到的是极值法(完全互换法)和概率法(不完全互换法)。本文也是针对这两种方法论述的。图纸尺寸包含三项参量,即大小、上、下偏差(或平均偏差和公差)。因此,尺寸链包含三个方程:
In the process of designing and manufacturing the machinery industry, it often encounters the problem of inverse calculation of the dimensioning chain, in which the reasonable allocation and determination of the constituent ring tolerances are troublesome. This article proposes a preferred tolerance ranking method for the inverse calculation of inversed-size chains. In the design and calculation of the dimension chain, the extremum method (complete exchange method) and the probabilistic method (incomplete exchange method) are mainly used. This article is also addressed for these two methods. Drawing size contains three parameters, namely size, upper and lower deviation (or average deviation and tolerance).
