世界生食葡萄的主要产地在美国的加州、智利、意大利等国。最近,生食无籽葡萄的生产在加州和智利发展异常迅速。据加州1988年的统计,全州栽培面积为280,507公顷,其中,酿酒葡萄131,242公顷,占46.8%(白葡萄酒品种74,834公顷,占26.7%;红葡萄酒品种56,408公顷,占20.1%),制干葡萄111,377公顷,占39.7%,鲜食葡萄37,474公顷,占13.4%。
The world’s leading producers of raw grapes in the United States, California, Chile, Italy and other countries. Recently, the production of raw grapes has grown exceptionally fast in California and Chile. According to California’s 1988 statistics, the state’s cultivated area was 280,507 hectares, of which 131,242 hectares were wine-making, accounting for 46.8% (white wine 74,834 hectares, accounting for 26.7%; red wine 56,408 hectares, accounting for 20.1%), dry grapes 111,377 hectares, accounting for 39.7% and fresh grape 37,474 hectares, accounting for 13.4%.
