时勘博士,中国科学院心理研究所副研究员,工业心理研究室主任,中国科学院培养的第一位心理学博士。主要从事人力资源开发的心理学研究工作,多次获国家部委的科学技术进步奖,时博士还是中国职工教育和职业培训协会的学术委员。最近,本刊记者沙舟就市场经济条件下的我国人力资源开发的有关问题采访了时博士,这里摘录部分访谈内容供读者参考。
Shi Kan, Ph.D., Associate Professor, Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, director of Industrial Psychology Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences trained the first psychology Ph.D. Mainly engaged in the development of human resources psychology research work, many times by the state ministries and commissions for science and technology progress award, Dr. Shi is China’s worker education and vocational training association academic committee. Recently, our correspondent Sha Zhou interviewed Dr. Shih Shih-shih on issues related to the development of human resources in China under market economy conditions.
