本文对４０例口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤及２０例良性肿瘤患者同时进行外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群、ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ及ＴＮＦ三项指标检测，结果表明，１．良性、恶性患者均有ＣＤ３值明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０５、ｐ＜０．０ｌ），ｃＤ４／ＣＤ８比值明显下降（ｐ＜０．００ｌ），ＣＤ８值明显上升（Ｐ＜０．００１），并且良性高于恶性患者（ｐ＜０．０５），ｃＤ４值恶性患者有下降趋势（ｐ＞０．０５）。２．恶性患者ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平明显高于正常人（ｐ＜０．０１），也高于良性患者（ｐ＜０。０５）。３．ＴＮＦ水平三组尚无明显差异（Ｐ＞０。０５）。４．三项检验指标与恶性肿瘤临床分期有一定相关趋势。提示：Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群、ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ检测对口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤诊断及预后判断具有一定参考价值，ＴＮＦ检测的临床意义尚须进一步研究。

TNF levels in three groups no significant difference (P> 0.05). 4. Three test indicators and clinical stage of malignancy have a certain trend. T lymphocyte subsets, sIL-2R detection of oral and maxillofacial malignancies in the diagnosis and prognosis of a certain reference value, the clinical significance of TNF testing still need further study.
