本文研究了苯乙烯与甲基丙烯酸甲酯γ辐射共聚合,探讨温度及溶剂对共聚历程的影响。得到在本体聚合时。在室温到 -35℃范围内按自由基历程共聚;在溴乙烷中,-20℃到-78℃温度范围内共聚时,阳离子、自由基历程并存,并随着温度降低阳离子聚合逐渐占优势。测定了该对单体在本体和溶液中共聚时不同温度下的竞聚率,求得了本体及溶液聚合时的活化能及自聚与共聚活化能之差值。
In this paper, γ-ray copolymerization of styrene and methyl methacrylate was studied to investigate the influence of temperature and solvent on the copolymerization process. Get in bulk polymerization. In the range of room temperature to -35 ℃ by free radical process copolymerization; in ethyl bromide, -20 ℃ to -78 ℃ temperature range of polymerization, the cation and radical processes co-exist, and as the temperature decreases cationic polymerization gradually dominant . The copolymerization rates of the monomers at different temperatures during the copolymerization of the monomer and the solution were measured, and the difference between the activation energies of the bulk and solution polymerization and the activation energies of self-polymerization and copolymerization was obtained.
