目前高职院校教师科研型、学术型教师培养是提高高职院校学术水平的重要举措,也是实现高职教育可持续发展的重要途径。以问卷调查方式,了解目前高职院校教师对科研型学术型教师培养的认同感、高职院校教师培养现状及培养过程中存在的主要问题,进而提出高职院校科研型学术型教师培养对策:减轻教学任务,健全激励机制;组建科研团队,营造科研氛围;注重校企合作,增强科研能力。
At present, the training of scientific research and academic teachers in higher vocational colleges is an important measure to improve the academic level of higher vocational colleges. It is also an important way to realize the sustainable development of higher vocational education.
