赵允河北辛集人。逸云斋主。早年跟随家乡名师学习传统山水。1986年毕业于河北师大美术系,受教于杨鉴民,关尚卿等老师。2010年进修于北京画院。多年来一直研习传统绘画,自明清入手,上溯宋元的历代古画。创作追求应物会心,注重感悟传统和自然中探寻艺术,从事山水创作二十余年,专攻山水,兼善人物小品。国家一级美术师,中国职业画家协会会员。北京浩天书画院院士。石齐艺术研究会画家。2003年创办金谷画院,培养了一批青年画家。2012年陪同裴周玉将军去澳门参加艺术交流。作品多次参加省级以上展览并获奖。部分作品被企业和外国友人收藏。
