从2005年我市首获“文明城市”称号至今已有十年。十年来,宁波究竟凭借着怎样的优势蝉联“文明城市”之殊荣?各级各部门究竟作了多少具体工作?收获哪些成效?今年是第四轮全国文明城市的评选表彰之年,市委、市政府明确提出了争创全国文明城市“四连冠”的目标,然怎样实现这一目标?带着这些问题,日前本刊记者采访了市委宣传部副部长、市文明办主任李正平。
