A large U.S. study shows that upholding a healthy lifestyle can cut the cancer death rate by half. Researchers at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard University analyzed two studies involving 89,000 women and 46,000 men. According to whether the lifestyle is healthy, the subjects are divided into two categories. Healthy lifestyle criteria include: Do not smoke or have quit smoking; Do not drink or drink alcohol; Body mass index between 18.5 and 27.5; Participate in at least 150 minutes per week moderate exercise or at least 75 minutes high intensity
