一起韦太夫雷登沙门菌食物中毒的分子病原学分析

目的对一起韦太夫雷登沙门菌食物中毒进行分子病原学分析。方法对分离株采用肉汤稀释法进行药敏试验测定;采用PCR技术检测毒力基因inv A、sop B、flg K、ssaR和spv B的携带情况;采用ERIC-PCR技术进行基因分型检测。结果 18株韦太夫雷登沙门菌对氨苄西林、三代头孢菌素、喹诺酮类、磺胺类等抗生素均表现出敏感,临床抗生素治疗效果好;均携带染色体毒力基因inv A、sop B、flg K和ssaR,不携带质粒毒力基因spv B;ERCI-PCR显示DNA指纹图谱的相似度大于91%,可划分为1个基因型。结论该起食物中毒由同一基因型的韦太夫雷登沙门菌菌株所致,携带有多种染色体毒力基因,致病性较强,应受到高度重视。 Aim To analyze the molecular etiological analysis of food poisoning caused by. Methods Susceptibility test was carried out on the isolates by broth dilution method. The PCR products were used to detect the virulence genes invA, sop B, flg K, ssaR and spv B. The genotyping was performed by ERIC-PCR. Results 18 strains of Salmonella typhimurium were sensitive to antibiotics such as ampicillin, third generation cephalosporins, quinolones, sulfonamides and so on. All the antibiotics were effective. Both of them carried chromosomal virulence genes inv A, sop B, flg K And ssaR do not carry the plasmid virulence gene spv B; ERCI-PCR showed DNA fingerprinting similarity greater than 91%, can be divided into a genotype. Conclusion The food poisoning is caused by the same genotype of the strain of Viterefentz Dengden, carrying multiple chromosomal virulence genes with strong pathogenicity and deserving of great attention.
