辛硫磷是一种高效低毒有机磷杀虫剂,主要用于蚜虫、飞虱、地下害虫及多种鳞翅目幼虫、仓库害虫等的防治,杀虫范围较广,但未见用于线虫病的防治。近年烟台地区农科所与山东省荣城县港西公社部分生产队,应用辛硫磷稀释液浸地瓜苗,对地瓜茎线虫病的防治有优秀的效果。两年来的试用结果表明:75％辛硫磷乳剂兑水稀释100～200倍,浸已被地瓜茎线虫感染的地瓜苗(下部二、三寸)十分钟,或300倍液浸20～30分钟,田间扦插三、四天后拔苗,剖株显微镜检查已无活线虫存在,而不用药处理的瓜苗,可检获大量活线虫,收获期检查,
