加速农村小城镇建设是贯彻市委“城乡一体发展、工农两业生产并举”战略方针的重要组成部分。1994年沈阳市从抓农村集镇的基础设施建设入手,加大对农村集镇公共福利设施和生产建筑设施的投资力度,取得了良好的社会效果,为农村实现小康奠定了坚实的基础。
Accelerating the construction of small towns in rural areas is an important part of implementing the strategic guideline of “unified development of urban and rural areas and the simultaneous development of both industry and agriculture”. Starting from grasping the infrastructure construction of rural market in 1994, Shenyang City increased investment in public welfare facilities and production and construction facilities in rural market towns and achieved good social effects, laying a solid foundation for rural well-being.
