随着科学技术的不断进步和社会的前行的发展,人们对建筑的需求也越来越多,并且在质量上越来越高,人们的需求增多,则对建筑物发展就越快,随即带来的在建筑方面出现的问题也会增加。国家在这个方面发现问题的存在,因此,如何加强工业与民用建筑工程的管理工作也被渐渐的纳入考察的范围,我国是人口众多的一个国家,居住是人们最基本的生活要求,只有保证好工业与民用建筑的质量,才能使人们的生活有所保障和工业生产得到最大发挥。本文首先对工业与民用建筑的概念进行阐述,接着分析了影响工业与民用建筑有效管理的影响因素,最后得出从三个方面对工业与民用建筑进行有效的管理。

This paper firstly elaborates the concepts of industry and civil architecture, then analyzes the influencing factors that affect the effective management of industrial and civil buildings, and finally concludes the effective management of industrial and civil buildings from three aspects.
