陈静,山东辰静律师事务所主任、济南市总工会职工维权法律顾问。曾荣获“山东省职工维权杰出律师”、“山东省富民兴鲁劳动奖章”、“山东省十大杰出青年律师”、“济南市优秀律师”、“济南市公正廉洁执法先进个人”等荣誉。从1997年在济南市总工会法律工作部工作开始,陈静就与维护职工权益结下了不解之缘。15年来,她心系职工、服务职工、奉献职工,始终战斗在职工维权的第一线,弘扬了律师扶弱助困、匡扶正义、忠于法律的职业道德风尚。2007年,她依托自己在劳动合同管理及劳动争议案件处理领域打造的专业强势品牌,创建山东辰静律师事务所,带领团队,以集体的力量维护职工权益,促进劳动关系和谐稳定。
Chen Jing, director of Shandong Chen Jing Law Firm, Jinan City Federation of Trade Unions rights defender legal consultant. Has won the “Outstanding Lawyer of Workers’ Rights Protection in Shandong Province”, “Shandong Province Fumin Xinglu Labor Medal”, “Shandong Province Top Ten Outstanding Young Lawyer”, “Jinan Outstanding Lawyer”, “Jinan City Fair and honest enforcement of advanced personal ”and other honors. Since 1997, Jinan City Federation of Trade Unions legal work department began, Chen Jing and safeguard the rights and interests of workers has formed a bond. In the past 15 years, she has always been concerned with the workers, the service workers, the dedication of workers and workers and always fought at the front line of safeguarding the rights and interests of workers and staffs. She advocated lawyers’ professional ethics of helping and supporting the poor, upholding justice and loyalty to the law. In 2007, she relied on her own professional strong brand built in the fields of labor contract management and labor dispute cases. She established Shandong Chen Jing Law Offices and led the team to safeguard the rights and interests of employees with collective strength and promote the harmonious and stable labor relations.
