在金加工工业中,从难处理矿石和精矿中回收金,目前已成为研究开发活动方面一个最重要、最有前途和最激动人心的领域。正在使用各种新技术对难处理含金物料进行加工试验,其中一些技术已达到工业生产水平。本文着重介绍了湿法冶金加工难处理含金黄铁矿的某些最新技术进展,分析了每种湿法冶金工艺方案的关键性操作步骤,验明了它们的优缺点。所评述的加工方法有:水化学氧化、生物化学氧化和加压氧化。
In the gold processing industry, the recovery of gold from refractory ores and concentrates has now become one of the most important, promising and exciting areas for research and development activities. Various new technologies are being used to process difficult-to-process gold-bearing materials, some of which have reached industrial production levels. This article highlights some of the latest advances in hydrometallurgical processing of refractory gold-bearing pyrite, analyzes the key operational steps for each hydrometallurgical process scheme, and verifies their strengths and weaknesses. The processing methods reviewed include: water chemical oxidation, biochemical oxidation and pressure oxidation.
