元认知是“关于认知”的一种认知,让是一种层次更为深入的认知活动。具体到学习活动中,元认知就是学生自我监控学习过程,为提高学习有效性而采取有组织、有计划行动的一种能力和认知。目前,在大学英语教学中,越来越广泛地应用到了元认知策略。本文为探讨元认知策略培训与大学英语写作的关系,对非英语专业学生的英语写作情况、元认知策略培训情况进行了分析、研究,结果显示学生的英语写作成绩与元认知策略使用频率呈正相关,所以有必要在大学英语写作中加大元认知策略培训力度,以提高学生的英语写作水平。
Metacognition is a kind of cognition about “cognition”, which makes it a kind of cognitive activity with deeper level. Specific to learning activities, metacognition is the student self-monitoring learning process, in order to improve the effectiveness of learning to take an organized and planned action ability and awareness. Currently, in college English teaching, more and more applied to the metacognitive strategy. In order to discuss the relationship between metacognitive strategy training and college English writing, this paper analyzes and studies the English writing of non-English majors and the training of metacognitive strategies. The results show that students’ achievement in English writing and the use of metacognitive strategies Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen metacognitive strategy training in college English writing so as to improve students’ English writing ability.
