同形可育株是指与光温敏不育系株叶穗粒形态基本一致、生育期相近,在各种光温条件下花药均能正常散粉、结实正常的可育杂株。因其从形态、株高、生育期等方面都难以辨别,给两系亲本繁殖和制种生产带来繁重的除杂任务和损失。通过对Y58S同形可育株的遗传研究和分子检测分析,认为同形可育株由串粉、回交及人工非主观选择而形成。在此基础上,提出以建立固定原原种繁殖基地为主要措施的防控对策,防止同形可育株的产生,从而确保两系杂交水稻制种的高纯、高效。

On this basis, the paper puts forward the countermeasures of prevention and control based on the establishment of a fixed original seed breeding base to prevent the generation of the same-shaped fertile plants and ensure the high purity and high efficiency of the two-line hybrid rice seed production.
