I. INTRODUCTION Since Benjamin Franklin described the electrical properties of lightning more than 200 years ago, scientists and engineers have never stopped studying lightning. After the plane was invented in the beginning of this century, this kind of research is greatly strengthened. Lightning, such as thunderstorms, can be produced as the air moves in the cloud structure. From the typical cloud charge distribution structure, lightning can be generally divided into two types, namely: the lightning in the middle of the cloud and the lightning in the clouds to the ground.
