目的分析腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术的手术适应证、禁忌证、并发症及手术技巧。方法回顾分析2005-10-2010-05驻马店市第一人民医院经腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术66例患者的临床资料。结果单发肌瘤60例,多发肌瘤6例;镜下缝合63例,未缝合3例;手术时间、出血量与肌瘤的大小、个数成正比;术后平均住院5 d。结论严格掌握手术适应证及禁忌证,腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术效果好,并发症发生率低,出血少,住院时间短。
Objective To analyze the surgical indications, contraindications, complications and surgical techniques of laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods The clinical data of 66 patients who underwent laparoscopic myomectomy for the first People ’s Hospital of Zhumadian City from 2005-10-2010-05 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Single myoma of 60 cases, multiple fibroids in 6 cases; microsurgical suture in 63 cases, 3 cases were not sutured; operation time, the amount of bleeding and the size of the fibroids, the number of average postoperative hospitalization 5 d. Conclusion Strict surgical indications and contraindications, laparoscopic myomectomy effect is good, the incidence of complications, less bleeding, shorter hospital stay.
