内镜逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)术后胰腺炎(PEP)是ERCP常见和最严重的并发症之一,胰管支架置入术可以预防PEP已在多个研究试验中得到证实,本文就此项研究的最新成果做一综述,旨在提高新技术的运用能力。
