文章从信息时代高校图书馆工作的特点入手,论述了网络环境下图书馆员的角色定位及对馆员的素质要求,提出继续教育是提高馆员素质的必要前提。
This article starts with the characteristics of college library work in the information era, discusses the role location of librarians and the quality requirements of librarians under the network environment, and proposes that continuing education is a necessary prerequisite to improve the quality of librarians.
